We hope you love your AVEBLANC pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns within the United States within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping and processing fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Items must be in their original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, perfume, pet hair, or damage

Please take care when trying on your pieces. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AVEBLANC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a $15 restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items

• Items marked as final sale

• Hair accessories

• Socks, tights, and intimate items

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at care@aveblancny.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return

• The reason for your return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping and processing fees. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

AVEBLANC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item back to them. If the customer does not arrange return shipping within 7 days of being notified, AVEBLANC reserves the right to dispose of the item at its discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at care@aveblancny.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item if it meets our return requirements.

AVEBLANC reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
