Where are you located?
We are based in New Jersey, USA, and ship nationwide.
Are your products limited edition?
Many of our collections are produced in small quantities. Once sold out, certain styles may not be restocked.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $14.95.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $200.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your AVEBLANC pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns within the United States within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping and processing fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are sale items eligible for return?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
- Hair accessories
- Socks, tights, and intimate items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your original payment method to be credited.
